You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Nature of the Service

Know When I Go allows users to store personal information and documents for their own reference or future access.

5. Plan Options and Fees

We offer two plan options:

Always-On-File Annual Subscription: £9.99 setup fee plus £2.99 for the first year (introductory rate), then £5.99/year thereafter.
One-Time Setup Option: £9.99 for 30 days of access, after which data is deleted.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Service. Please contact us at info@knowwhenigo.co.uk for refund requests.

7. Data Protection

Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and are GDPR compliant.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
